NEW LIFE FOR CITY CENTRE BUILDING
Work has started on the redevelopment of a derelict building in Waterloo Street in Derry City Centre to create 19 much needed new homes for people on the housing waiting list.
The regeneration project will see the building renovated to provide 19 modern apartments for active older people.
